Post facts or shut up. According the UNCHR, only 95 people have gone to Mogadishu, while there are over 7,000 in Puntland and Somaliland. All of the people who used to tahriib from Bosaso to Yemen were Ethiopians and IDPs from the south. Those are the same people who have returned.
Those in currently in Puntland are from the South and are staying in camps while the aid agencies and government sort out funds to repatriate them to their regions of origin. Most are glad to be in Puntland instead of dodging bullets and bombs in Nurul Hawiyah.
