Miskeen. If he's quick to not claim her to some random person on Facebook, he will be quick to cheat on her IRL. She needs to drop him like a bad habit, go completely ghost ( new number, remove him from social media, block his e-mail address) and move on with her life.

Men are not to be trusted around other women and this is exactly why I give a side-eye to any guy with close female friends. The only acceptable females in his life should be the ones that are haram for him to marry.
