how and where can I learn Somali

I would like to know how could I learn to improve my Somali and how to read the language. Don't get me wrong, I can speak Somali but just not as well as I should. And reading Somali is even worse for me. From the short time I've been on here I see there are many words I don't know and there meaning. So is there a website where I can learn the vast Somali vocabulary and how to read Somali?

First of all I am NOT "a qabilist ". I have never gone onto certain sub forums and started insulting and offending people and their clans. I only respond in kind when I find someone being disrespectful towards my clan, that's all.

And you seem to be bothered with me being married to a non Somali. I will tell you again that my wife is not Nigerian but from Cameroon and is of the Fula people. The Fulanis are an ethnic group found all over West Africa. The Fula aren't your typical wide nosed big lipped bantus but rather are very similar to us Cushitics of East Africa. Infact it's thought that they originated from Northern Sudan. Believe me when I say, my wife looks just like a ordinary Somali woman, that fulas for you.

My little neice is 13 born in london lives in a non somali area. Yet she can read and write somali. Somali is so easy to read and write. You literally write as you speak, I taught somali myself without effort. So go and learn.. it's humiliating to be a grown man and not know your own langauge. On top of that married to a jareer nigerian. Do you want your kids to be jareer. Go claim your heritage and teach your kids before it's too late. Otherwise the likes of you should be kicked out of our unique race...
