I've also learned if you want to make quick money, all you need is to open a small fast food restaurant in an AA neighborhood where there is only one window - which is covered by bulletproof glass - and all you need to cook is fried chicken, macaroni cheese, few carrorts on the side, and mash potatoes. WTH, I aint trying to act like a racist white guy, but I remember going to lunch with good AA lady and two other black guys who were her friends. She is a good woman and invited me to that lunch. I swear every thing available in that AA-owned restaurant were exactly fried chicken, fried fish strips, macaroni cheese, carrots, and baked pork. I got sick to my stomach when I saw the pork. I asked the owner if he can cook the fish separately for me in a clean pan where the oil he uses is vegetable oil. Hell, the oil also contained lard. I only bought few carrots and told the lady I could not eat this fried food due to the lard in that oil. She was very sorry; however, I calmed her and told her next time we will go to a Somali restaurant with her friends ( I mentioned to her to bring her friends to ensure she had no plans on me since I am a married man).
