I tried to find a reliable sources about the details of silanyo's trip to UAE,but all I found is some general information.
anyhow,I came across this Somalilander newspaper where it claims it has some tips from a close member to SL delegation in UAE

The U.A.E wants:
U.A.E to deal with Somaliland directly
Dubai Port World to take over Berbera Port
Somaliland & U.A.E to exchange diplomatic liaison offices

It is not clear why president Siilaanyo’s government is tight lipped and does not disclose what the U.A.E wants from Somaliland, but time will tell what exactly attached to the U.A.E ‘s generosity towards Somaliland.

.the same newspaper also disclosed that silanyo for the first time met top officials from DP world to discuss how to a quite deal that won't make a fuss in SL..!!
