Its true Burco has bigger roads and is planned much better compared to Hargeisa. But Burco cant reach the quality of the buildings of Hargeisa. There are alot of pre 80s houses and buildings in Burco still in use, they need to demolish those and start over. Thats if they want to compete with Hargeisa.
