The ruling class of the Tutsi are the most Cushitic among them like Kagame and his family. Almost all of them look Horn African, but the working class Tutsi have mixed more with the Bantu.

Fun fact: There is a group in Uganda related to Tutsi called ''Bahima'' and they have been the ruling class in Uganda for the past decades. It looks like Cushitic+Bantu mixes tend to naturally rule over the servile pure Bantu. :lol:
