Theres a meeting in mogadishu with somalias international partners, govt wants him to attend it to show them the progress made in the federalism sector

If he didnt come it will make his case harder

Current SNA comprises of the regions that r found from galkacyo to gedo, its about 20000

There wont be such thing as jl forces, southwest forces, galmudug forces etc.

We have some challenges in jubooyinka iyo lower shabelle but we have security vision of integrating the forces within a year

You know full well the history of Somaliland and the SNM, how long it took to reintegrate and pay the soldiers into the cohesive clan militia you have, the work of the SNA is going fast, but regular payment and logistical support will only be FULLY realized when Macalin Nur, Indaqarshe and HSM are no longer in the mix.

blame goes for the pm. we do have enough national resources but the old system still exists in xamar....we dont even need to pay 50 percent of the local revenue for the army and cause tahrib lol

people here dont want to spend "their revenues" on the SNA before the integration of all regions

This is why the integration and national resources policies that will be carried out later by the finance ministry...by that time there will be a real national budget

currently, as part of the international assistance, they get paid through other financial channels

there r " some technical problems" since the new govt was formed

The plan was to establish strong financial institutions but we r still behind in this sector so, our govt has reached a deal with the donors to send them through the world bank for a year until....now, in this month, we signed more two years to avoid another disturbance lol

all somalia is broke they even pay for your police-special protection unit-besides the development


The US and the EU countries pay for both amisom and SNA, for the govt, they pay through the world bank as we still have some management problems and the world bank sends them through the UNDP....this causes some delays

Govt has started paying for other sectors now in a new agreement with the world bank and the SNA will get paid soon


They also visited other regions who r struggling too

yes its a problem but the problems r also part of the process

Whats necessary is implementing the security vision

Before 2016 there must be one national army in the liberated regions

Their personal and security issues will be looked after by the next govt

After the liberation there will be a post-amisom policy and we may have more EU and US security agencies that will deal with the security not the war
