I swear xabashis are sheep. Somalis and Yemenis are trying to escape Yemen and they're running towards it.

Why capture them? Why not just let them go to Yemen, the djannah for all Horn of Africans.

Because it's not allowed to Smuggle people via Somaliland territorial waters. if we allow them to do so they will keep coming and the next time our people may follow their dangerous routes .
