Somalis like to make their homes shine but they tend to neglect communal business areas because they believe it is the governments job.

I was going to say the same. I've never seen cleaner and more organised homes than a Somali's. To be fair even to the patrons of that mall's loo....problem is that a toilet of that size with that much traffic (a mall should have several loos, not just one), should have a full time attendant. All of this could have been avoided with one single employee. ....To be twice as fair, if you drop a tissue on a wet floor, you're not going to pick it up and that just happened a few times...+ 2 people too lazy/nasty to put empty drinks in the bin.
