Have you ever got a pimple in an unusual place?

I got one in my ear. Thankfully it's just outside and now it has almost healed. But it got me thinking what if it was inside? Can that even happen

I once had hablo baas and that is the shit of shit where you get shit popping out every where and most unusual places even where the sun don't shine and shit becomes difficult.
