Whats up snetters? I have been wondering intee laga habaaray zoomalis? We're the lowest of the low walahi o bilahi o talahi. I work in this warehouse as a purchaser and there are many ajnabis in the top management including zoomalis. Every f-king Manager is busy hooking up work for their countrymen getting them a fulltime work and stuff except the f-king useless zoomali managers. I talked to one of the manager i was like dude your useless, your counterparts are doing everything for their people why are you doing nothing for the somalis. Kulaha somalis are useless people anyways. I told him why don't you atleast hook up your friends,family even your tol? The man kulaha why should i help somalis, i got this position because of hard work kuye. I agree with him, why should he help people just because they are Somalis? If he did that and the company found out about it, he would be fired and be out of a job.

And its probably true he got the job because of hard work, and not because other Somalis "hooked him up".

Nicca please. Half of the f-king employes are albanians. They all got hooked up by the Albanian Manager. These fuckers run the place. Atleast the somali dude could've helped some of the somalis to get a full time job. Some somalis has been working 5-6 years and are yet able to get a full time job while some people worked few months and already got a full time contracts. Sxb the thing is there is a huge nepotism going on in the organisation. If i was in his position i'd hire as much as somalis as possible. Then in 15-12 years we'd run the place. And i'd get a higher promotion because all the people on the ground are my people

It would make sense to work for it if there was a level playing field. Most employers given the opportunity will discriminate against you in favour of people from their own family/race.

It's just reality, the job market is heavily built on nepotism. White people employ white people. Jews employ Jews and Chinese employ chinese. It's called networking!!

That's how Jews got ahead when no one would employ them , so they would employ eachother build business empires and move on.

For Somalis ultimately the solution is complete ownership of the products/services that we use to live in a productive way. Creating business and employing our own people, and therefore empowering our people, creating wealth in the broadest sense and retaining that wealth within our own communities. The doors in which we traditional hemorrhage wealth to other communities must be closed off.

This is what East Asians and even Jews do.
