I don't know if it's laziness. I think it has to do with people's mentality, a stagnant one constructed by millennia of living a pastoral lifestyle. Such mentality impedes economical and social progress in Somalia. I'm disappointed at the lack of introspection amongst the Somali people as a whole. When China was messed up in the early 1900s called New culture movement.
