Somalis Surprise me ( Devided or United)

I sometimes get so confused with Somalis. They are so devided in minneapolis along tribal and political lines but if one mexican woman beat up a somali woman, They all of a sudden unite and want to burn the whole city down. Is this suppose to be double standard? If we hate people, then we should be happy if they get beat down innit? How can I hate his clan then want to die for him all of sudden.

I think they are bipolar. They have different moods.
