The Ethiopian troops and SSDF captured Balambale and Goldogob in 1982 not 1981.

Actually, allow me to correct you. SNM had both foreign support and foreign boots on the ground assisting it with logistics, training and fighting. I spoke with a former Colonel from Mengistu's regime that happens to be living in the same city as I live here in Canada and he has admitted to the fact. Hundreds of Ethiopian special forces (wearing the same ragtag militia uniform as the SNM) fought side by side with the SNM.

So, next time you try to utter a lie think before you write and submit. Someone will come across it and correct you.
The SNM never had any foregin forces fight alongside them. They were based in ethiopia (dir dawa) & after 1988, ethiopia & somalia agreed to stop backing one anothers rebels, so SNM were told to leave, it was actually MSB who used foreign mercenaries in rhodesian pilots to bomb his own people & the ssdf & Abdullahi yusuf who brought ethiopian troops in to somali soil in 1981, but lets not let facts get in the way......
SSDF and SNM both had Ethiopian troops fighting alongside them. I've already mentioned that the Ethiopian-SSDF alliance ceased to exist after 1983, thus Mengistu turned into arming, training, providing logistics and even sending soldiers to fight alongside the SNM in 1983 and onwards. BUT, as usual and I totally get it, you'll dismiss this in defense of your clan; no amount of evidence will ever change your view towards SNM as a "holy crusaders that were blessed by Allah himself to fight and destroy the big bad Darod, I mean Faqash wolf". I don't see the point in arguing really.

Hi Fah123

There are not Cuban troops in Syria, it is a false news. I dont think Cubans have sufficient men, time and money to fight in the Syrian civil war. They are not ready for the brutalities of that war

When did Ethiopia send troops to fight along the SNM?
The burden s on you to prove it. I spoke to and heard hebel hebel doesn't fly here.

You made a claim, prove it. It's that simple.
In the period from 83-90 there was a huge battle
in Burco and Hargiesa in 88 (by that time Ethiopia deserted the SNM)
there was NO Ethiopian troops fighting along SNM I've never came across such
bizarre fabrication.

On the other hand, you have conveniently skipped
how Siad Bare used Ethiopian nationals (Ogaden clan) since 1978
to terrorize Isaaq, who were at that time, Somali citizens under the Democratic Republic of Somalia
According to the international Law. And, how he hired foreign pilots to bomb his own people.

Self defeating argument.

instead of rambling on with darod excuses as to why your people and afwayne leader was defeated. why don't you bring evidence of this supposed xabashi army fighting with SNM. This is the first time we are hearing this so bring prove. otherwise you are another liar.

Reports from the Cubans themselves said a few of their generals were there
