Homemade toothpaste and miswak/caday Somali

I always wandered why we Africans(specifically the ones in Africa now) have a white teeth, is it diet, do we have thicker and stronger teeth.

Well the obvious just hit me after watching this video. Basically the modern toothbrush and toothpaste is basically useless compared to the miswak stick.


The stick on its own is great, to make it more powerful I'll be making my own fluoride-free toothpaste from Xylotil, Betonite clay, Baking soda, Calcium and Coconut oil.

And inshallah hoping all my family have beautiful pink gums and white teeth.

I use baking soda and white vinegar religiously , wash my rooms walls, my washroom and even soak my cloths before putting washing machine. I use electronic tooth brush which is 100% better than regular tooth brush.

I don't like the miswaak or stick, I don't feel cleans enough or reaches between teeth.
