Selling Socotra Island to the highest Bidder

Since everyone is selling part of the sea, I want to sell Somalia's island of Socotra which currently some Yemeni citizens live there. Its few kilometres form Berbera so its right in the middle of our water. Those Yemenis can either become Somali citizens, refugees or voyage back to yemen. How much can I make off it?

According to Google and Wikipedia, that Island belongs to Yemen.

Look at the map of Socotra and measure how many NM it is from Somali water. Its in the middle of Somalia's water.

That's true, its much closer to us than its to Yemen. But that doesn't mean anything, the UN decides who it belongs to, and they said Yemen.

And why do we need an Island to begin with, its not like we are hurting for space.
