Do you have an old car? What is your experience with old cars?

Post by nord »

Something pre-1995. Are they expensive to fix, road tax, reliability etc. Say the name of the car(s) experiences etc.

I was thinking of getting something old but not quite vintage

Are you sumubaridi's younger brother? Why do you want an old vehicle when you can get a brand new one for peanuts?

Apologies to OP...nothing against you but Coolman's reply was hilarious...I don't have any experience with older cars so I have nothing of substance to contribute

If u are going to get pre '95 car, go with Japanese brand. They are good cars. I see quite of them on the road.

I know some one driving 1994 camry. Small but very reliable. Toyota in general make very durable cars.

Though if had a bigger badget, I'll advice to take the second generation Lexus LS 400.

:diddy:

LS 430

:whoo:

LS 460

Old cars are in constant need of maintenance..you'll end up fixing something every month.. At the end you'll realize you've spent more on repairing/changing parts then what you spent on the actual car..

Just my two cents
