He's not completely random. I've just managed to avoid his calls for a while now. I feel like I'm being rude, but I'm 85% certain that I am not interested, so is there even a point?

Only time I'll pick up a call from "unknown" caller is when close family member is out of town. It could be them using another phone or something happened(God forbid) and I'm being notified etc... The rest can leave a message if it's important or disappear back to unknown

I always pick up. I got two numbers: personal, and work. And a 3rd discrete number and if I get a call on that number, it goes to voicemail
