there is no real ISIS in galgala, sanaag, that's just angry individuals led by sheikh atom of the tiny fish clan warsangeli, soomalida er opportunistic, this mini group has previously declared for al shabaab and then al qaida, and now ISIS, it's a disfranchised angry small clan.

this group is an offshoot of diaspora al shabab(sh abdulqadir mumin) but was based in galgala for some time and now they defected from al shabab

the former attom group still operate under the banner of al shabab

Kenya have being committing terror atrocities against the vulnerable people in North Kenya for the revenge of what is happening to Kenyan troops and in their soil so basically, every time Kenya commit crimes against 50 Somali-Kenyans, another 150 Somali-Kenyans will join ISIS just for revenge then the cycle repeats.
