Bill Cosby won't face charges in 1965, 2008 alleged sexual assaults

Bill Cosby has dodged criminal charges in connection with two prior sexual assault accusations, authorities said Wednesday.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office declined to bring charges against the 78-year-old fallen funnyman after investigating the alleged attacks from 1965 and 2008.

In both cases, the statute of limitations had expired, prosecutors said.

No doubt about that. I think there was somewhere (can't remember if it was a video interview or an article) where he talked about having consensual sex with some of the women in question and there was a mention of drugs etc. But the question is, where did all these 50+ women just spring out from when these allegations just came out? He might be guilty of some of the stuff he's accused of (though the statutory declaration thing is also out there in the way), but I don't think all these women are telling the truth either. Some of them also said that many, many years ago that he pumped into one of them, another one said he grabbed her hand inappropriately, and one more said he once looked at her in a way that made her uncomfortable etc. Some of the allegations are pure comical.

Since America is the land of suits and this old man is well off, I think the answer is kinda clear.
