Actually there Was no Stable Somaliland government from 91 to 97. there was big civil war in Somaliland during that period. rebuilding started 1997.

You have more chance of merging with Ethiopia than separating from Somalia.

if ethiopia annexes somaliland then it would include sool and sanaag and PL would do jack sh!te about it. an independent recognised somaliland as the ONLY possible alternative to ethiopian annexation would be more beneficial for no only citizens but all ethnic somalis across the horn as it would be much freer, democratic and prosperous as opposed to being an imitation of the thoroughly backward and underdeveloped DDSI after annexation.
