I got to my mums with the kids and sleep in her spare room. Then I wake up fresh and enjoy a cup of coffee whilst she takes care of me. Many times I pretend to me sick. She cooks and puts it in boxes for me. Then I come home well rested and chill out

Walahi, when you do, use every trick in the book. Every minute of sleep/rest counts. My youngest is in some strange period of not wanting to sleep in his own bed.

I can't sleep when he is with us because I can't relax, I keep thinking I'll roll over on him or somethings. The minute me or my husband takes him to his bed he wakes up and start crying. It's frustrating walahi

Susu

Ina Adeer, let your son cry to sleep. If he is a talking age, use psychology. We told our son that the angels visit his room every night and they will be disappointed if he isn't there. He went from crying 2 hours pleading to sleep in our bedroom, to demanding to sleep early in his own bedroom, so he could read stories for the Angels.

An amazing day starts at home, when everyone is healthy and happy to face the challenges the day may chuck at you.
