true because you don't know the outcome, the person you criticised can be your potential enemy.

Re: If you evaluate people critically you bring great danger to your sellf!
As in all things, there should be a balance. We need to be aware of the words and actions of people that may be harmful to ourselves or others and deal with them accordingly. That sort of judgment could be said to be a critical evaluation but it is necessary, at times. It is only by using our judgment of what we observe that we decide who we should associate with and who we should avoid.
However, people do have a tendency to be overly critical of the material objects or perceived worth or social standing of others. Sometimes people can falsely assume the worst out of people based on rather ambiguous statements and actions or maybe their harsh judgment comes from false rumours. In those cases, we should strive to be understanding of one another and to be less judgmental, refraining from rather emotional evaluations of people that have little to no basis in reality. But it can be rather difficult for people to find the right balance in most things. And Somalis seem to know no bounds when it comes to being overly critical of one another. Tribalism and the Somali love for gossip are all evidence of that.

Yes. Only because often what we see in others is a reflection of ourselves.
