This is a loaded question which may yield different answers due to diversity of interpretation of what is satisfaction. For some, good health and simple living is a satisfaction. For others, lack of material things, bad health, failing an exam, disagreements with family, stressful work environment, unemployed or feeling lonely without a partner may trigger dissatisfaction with life. All are valid reasons as dissatisfaction is a human emotion and one's own feelings at a given moment. Even those people are satisfied at times when they aren't thinking of their problems. However, in my humble opinion, the problem with us, the majority of humans is that we are satisfied most of the time, but don't register it. We only notice and focus in our dissatisfaction when have specific problems. We take for granted the simple things in life that makes us content. Am I satisfied? Alhamdulilaah yes, and I thank Allah SWT.
