Silanyo is on his way to Kuwait after receiving invitation from the Government there. They sent him and his delegation a private jet.

that private jet belong to a multi-biilionair private company called Kipco, the head of that company is the same Kuwaity sheekh ,hamad bin sabah al ahmed 2nd son of Kuwait's ruling prince, who also been living in buurta sheekh in saaxil region , for so many years, and he was behind the kuwaiti grant of 15m $ to hargeisa and berbera airports, as well as the grand project of the education complex center for the orphans in Hargeisa...they have built a luxurious family resort in buurta sheekh.



The sheekh hamad was in reception of SLND delegation.
