Burco is ahead of Hargeysa and Boorama when it comes to cheap electricity, the availability water, city planning etc.

Even the people of Burco who might be tribalistic to some extent because of pride but you can always rely on them, they are the definition of Tol. It seems like ever since xirsi resigned the road projects have been put on hold. The Ceerigaabo Burco road has only had 3km added to it since his departure.

No I never been to either of those cities. But I though size wasn't the only criteria in deciding which will be the capital/second capital.

There was a thread about this two cities fighting over which one will be the second capital of Somaliland.

It doesn't need to be the capital. I personally would like more investment from people of Togdheer into this city. I like Burco a lot, because the cost of living isn't ridiculous like Hargeisa and land is cheap as well. You can buy a massive range, farm on one side, build a home on another and just have great life. The town is also conservative, so none of that Xaaraanta Geeska stuff.
