Hiiraan is moving on with a reconciliation conference

Post by sahal80 »

Kkkkk culusoow beertuu ku jiraa

Ninkaan reer jowhar si fiicaan buu u yaqaan maxamed dheeruu waraaqaha u qori jiray culusoow oo ayeeyadiis aabihiis iyo hooyadiiba reer hiiraan yihiin la yaqaano muu udaahaa

Nose-breaker baan wataa buu dhahay ee iimaada kkkk
Nose-breaker wuxuu dhahay war waabeentiis ana masoo socdo mar walbe oo hawl ii dhiibaa hadana waa iigabaxaa ha isku kay halaynina raysulwasaaraha ayaan ku mashquulsanahay

So all garguurte attempts have failed so far to the point he once sent his imam who got told on phone by our ugaas "hadii aad siyaasad u imaanaysid anagu dawlada ayey wax nagala dhexeeyaan, hadii aad beel ahaan u imaanaysidna maxuma laakiin hada anaga reer hiiraan ayaa isku mashquulasn!"

Looks like the imam did not get so he was sent to some corner of baledweyne!(hawlwadaag)

I'm hearing now he is sending cabdulqadir cosoble who told him "war ninkaan wax kama kiini karo si fiican baan u aqaan!"

So what's the next? our ugaas said wixii kuxiga waa ku xigi doonaan, just don't ask!

Since then we have seen him meeting a delegation from the UN envoy and i heard tomorrow he or another delegation r on the way

The U.N. delegation have supported holding the reconciliation conference wich will start on 3 April, the date was announced today after culusoow failing meeting

3 people have been wounded at a building culsoow was holding a meeting with the admin and his federal officials during demonstration

Then ugaas hassan and ugaas abdirahman of gaaljecel have talked to the people and asked them to leave

Hiiraan is divided region, baladweyne has 2 equal communities west baladweyne and east baladweyne.if east baladweyne community doesnt compromise they can retain anti-culusow and he will seek new alliances the conservative west baladweyne community.

ugly xawaadles demonstrate against culusow gov

the sooner hawaadle realize hiiraan doesnt belong to them and it shared equally among the clans the better.funny only on snet you find hiraan being associated with ugly cali madaxweyne who are a minority.

why the conference has to be held in jowhar to begin with? Who is culusoow to decide this when his body guard are amisom?

The reason is bc they Fear of baledweyne where highly politicized people live and not a very submissive place like jowhar who cant look after themselves and were brought by amisom as admin

So they wanted to hold the conference in there spending $ 5m on eating bun and maankaal and then after their "dibir" appoint farah abdulqadir as some one "from hiiraan"

This scenario did not work bc of us. Culusoow has told sakiin tha he only got 5 months and that it's hard to hold the conference bc of hawadle what do you think if you were appointed? It will be a war and we will both sink together

now they r suggesting some hawadle like sanbalolshe but don't trust them and we r against how the things r going like the clan seats

So let me tell you our point

Since it's the UNDP who's paying this $5m it should be spent on both sides not only in jowhar by holding a reconciliation conference in baledweyne

Hiiraan as one of the founding province's should be treated better by allocating more seats than jowhar and the presidential post

3- letting the locals to sort out things between them and their politicians/mps where the govts role is limited to managing the conference not sorting out things by sending non native officials such as odawaa, mahad salaad, bla bla

If they agree these IC-accepted conditions we will not care where the conference will be held

IC will not force and they know what happened in cadaado

Culusoow got 5 months and if things get worse parliament may get a chance of selecting a new interim president where elections will take place after a year and in this year this prez will finish what he couldnt

Wararka qaar ayaa sheegaya in Madaxweynaha ay is afgarteen Odayaasha dhaqanka ee ka soo jeeda Galbeedka Beledweyn, balse wali uu culeys kala kulmayo beesha degta bariga Beledweyn.

Shirka maamul u sameynta labada gobol ee Hiiraan iyo Sh/Dhexe ee ay gogoshiisa taalo Jowhar ayaa wali hakad uu ku jiraa, iyadoo dowladda Federaalka isku dayayso sidii shirka dib loo furi lahaa, odayaasha dhaqanka ee saluugsan ay uga qeyb geli lahaayeen.

Lama oga dadaalkan ugu dambeeya ee Madaxweynaha ugu jiro sidii xal looga gaari lahaa tabashada ay qabaan Odayaasha dhaqanka reer Hiiraan u guuleysan doono, waxaana marar badan uu Madaxweynuhu ku noqday Beledweyn aanu wax natiijo ah ka keenin, marka la eego diidmada Odayaasha ka imaanaya iyo shuruudaha adag ee ay wataan.

Jowhar has never experienced major instability, hiiran is a war zone divided by 12 tribes that live there,it is just pure politics if east baladweyne community doesnt accept the compromise of the GOV then west baladweyne community must be strenghtened and supported.dont compare beautiful jowhar Image with hellhole baladweyne.
