No Silanyo administration is not selling anything but what happens is some shop owners make fake IDP ID card or in this case drought victims.

Once the ration is given to them, they bring the food in the back door of their shops.

Currently the gov needs to do two things

A) verify legit victims
B) crackdown on people selling it regardless how they got it.

Anyone selling should see the product confiscated as well as other extra items from the shop as a punishment.

this video is for the commencement of Saudi aids to the needy families in western regions, they started on 7th March, the Somaliland VP ,who is Samaroon, was leading the distribution campaign.

Because you are brain dead for coming up with a fake news,with no official quotes,references,name of culprits,which market,sample of sold saudi aid,even an empty sack with saudi's logo..absolutely nothing.

I wont blame u, yours donors used to throw ur food by helicopters and ships docked miles away from ur port, ur moryans used to collect these food aids then resell to u, the case is difference here, the donors make the distribution by themselves accompanied by the highest Somaliland officials and once they make sure all aids have reached to the needy, they made that press conference.

Misusing donations and aid happens everywhere including in developed countries where people sell products donated by charities on Ebay.

It is a case of where ineligible people fraud the system and see it as a free way to remerchandise their shops.

You can Google aid/donation sold on Ebay by fraudsters doesnt mean the Government is.

Everyone that breaths doesn't mean they work for Silanyo or people selling whatever.

Or Some of the legitimate receivers Sold their rations. My ayeeyo lives in Ethiopia Somaliland border, both governments bring food rations in the village every abaar time, Ethiopia donates qamadi and galay, Somaliland donates rice,sugar,floor and dates. We used the Ethiopian Galay to feed our goats, And sale the qamadi back to the market. Because qamadi and galay was not part of our Stable food. Qamadi was bit more consumable for the urban community as a source of fiber. They make it powder and mix with their Qoosh for breakfast laxoox.
