I met happy, healthy and family oriented children raised by single parents. I've also seen children raised by both parents who fell off the cliff. It doesn't mean children of single parents are at risk their marriages to fail. I could be wrong, but also, I believe that the absence of a father has a negative impact more on the sons rather than the daughters who have their mothers to themselves.
