Like everyone else has been saying, Garowe fictitious agreement was just a circus side show, like many others that preceded that were torn up and tossed away. The parliament spoke out and it will not be passed, now the president speaks out saying THERE WAS NO AGREEMENT, it was just "wada tashi" "communique" as he put it, the clip is about 3 min long and goes straight to the jugalar, the lion has roared.

Here are all the previous agreements signed in Garowe all NULL and voided most by HSM, the recent one will go the same way, must be some powerful ape's protecting him, if he could do this to you repeatedly.

smooth you are forgetting 1 major difference between this agreement and the previous agreements.

In this particular settlement, the deal was made between puntland and the mogadishu masters.

you see HSM is politically no longer relevant, not even the slightest bit. what he said is not anyone's concern considering he was making the same sounds when his masters where in garowe trying to safe face by accepting all of puntlands demands to accept the 4.5 that they initially approved so hastily.

see it was either puntland accepts the 4.5 or election wouldn't happen and most likely push puntland to seek further autonomy and perhaps entertain the idea of fully fledged shout out for independence.

and that would be a major major pain in the neck for the UN nations and the other independent parties involved in our affairs.

HSM and his expired opinions are no more relevant. this meeting or the terms of the meeting are not hosted presented nor amended by the current invalid joke of a president. he is no more than a traditional president right now.
