Kkkkkk rumors have been spread of garguurte postponing the formation of hiirshabelle to 2017

Apparently since hes not able to impose his favourite regional president hes happy with the status who thinking that he could manipulate the two region's via the governors!

What he doesn't know is that the result of hiiraan conferences will be electing a regional governor who will represent the regions interests not an appointed governor!

As for the mps, as each mp will be elected by 50 people of his clan, ugaas hassan will pick them all!
