These people aren't poor, relatively speaking. They aren't hungry, dying of disease and malnutition. They aren't being tortured, humiliated and killed in their land. They aren't political dissidents or ethnic minorities. They are seeking the golden palaces and rivers of milk and honey that is 'the West'.
