It has nothing to do with daarood , your tribalism is very primitive . It is Total a french company who doesn't really have a good track record in Africa { the corruption and destabilizing track record it has is mind boggling and a testament to French neo colonialism in Africa } that has deemed Kenya a threat due to Al Shabaab as it has been reported . One of the hings Total used to do way back in the day is to arm and train the Biafran separatist in their bid to secede from Nigeria in order to better exploit their oil . They used to hire french mercenaries , train them in Gabon and fight with them in Biafra . It is beyond me how big corporations like these still attract prospective countries { a lot of bribing involved I am sure }
There is most certainly a different reason , mainly one that has to do with cost .

Remember those who were advocating for Bollore to take over Berbera's port , guess what ? they're under investigation for corruption in West Africa , greasing the hands of the president in Togo and Guinea in order to win the contracts

Most active shabaab in Kenya are Actually Bantu, not Somalis. Its very possible that Bantu Muslims may take over Alshabaab leadership if the Amir Abu Omar does not nominate Dir successor. I am very glad that Kenya have lost that contract due to Alshabaab presence in their soil. Kudos to The youth, Kenya should be brought down on her knees.

You might be right,alshabab has now become majority bantu active in lower jubba,SNA needs to help jubbaland get rid of this menace.alshabab will still be active in coastal areas in both countries though.

First Amisom should get out of the country. Only Somalis can disarm Alshabaab. If Amisom refuses to get out of the Country as soon as possible Alshabaab will keep fighting.
