Australia constructed similar fence in the early 1901-1907 to keep wild rabbits from agricultural areas in Western Australia state. When it was completed it was over 2,500km.

So that's where my title comes from because later on the fence had negative impact on pastoralist Aboriginal communities especially ones whose whites took its children.

Kenya too took Somali children (NFD) and now the mother is asked to stay out for she became substance anuser, self-destructive and alcoholic. But doesn't mother stll deserve to see her kids even if she is suicidal?
