By the way since Oil fell in value there's like 100 tankers sitting outside Basra full of oil but no buyers since there's a supply glut in Oil worldwide at Rock bottom prices. Where are the poor Iraqis gonna come up with the money for Hobyo when nobody is buying their Oil at these prices.
Just look at the Saudis their economy is tanking and they're running a deficit and are about to go broke in a few years and here we are talking about Iraq coming to develop Hobyo and turn it into a powerhouse
