That's what Ali Khalif would like. He wants to be recognized as a legitimate, self-determining "State" ONLY to turn around and "negotiate" (I use the term negotiate very loosely) and join Somaliland, which was his ultimate destination all these time. Dude UNDP never funded Ciidanka qaranka. They just work with the police for human rights reasons. Ciidanka qaranku cidna duulimaad kuma aha xaqbay u leeyihiin inay xuduudaha dalka gudahiisa meeshii amar lagu siiyo ka hawl galaan.
