Those regions deserve to form their own nation.
South Sudan was able to gain it's independence back in 2011.

According to the Ethiopian constitution any federal region has the right to secede.
In practice Ethiopia is a brutal Tigrean dictatorship.

The Kenyan constitution has no such provision for provinces to secede.
Coast province has been pushing for independence, but most of their leaders are imprisoned or dead. :)

I have always believed that the Tigreans will eventually secede after building their region.

It will never happen, not even your life time. Ethiopia is just more than a country, it is a Western protectorate. Any shit goes down, the West will come down to support the ruler so that the country don't disintegrate. The West have been supporting the Ethiopian rulers for hundreds of years.

Why do you think Somali army ended up liquidated when the Soviets came and the West criticized and imposed sanctions on Somalia? Heck, Barre and Mengistu were both communist, if Soviet come to aid then the US would aid the opposite but neither did. Instead, they all punished Somalia for touching their ally.
