I'm a hardworking young student who successfully graduated from University
I want to pursue my studies in UK. i recently got accepted from a prestigious university in UK to do my postgraduate studies.

Here is my issue , as a rule I need to apply for UK tier 4 student visa to UK. I'M SOMALI PASSPORT HOLDER.
Since in Somalia we don't have embassy then we are required to apply at Nairobi or Adis Ababa
The problem now what i heard is that neither Kenya nor Ethiopia give visit visa to Somali nationals living in Somalia due to the current political situation.

I'm considering to apply from Malaysia, because for it's easy for Somali passport holder to enter Malaysia but then i'm worried if i will be accepted to apply since i don't have residence in Malaysia.

I emailed the UKVI website regarding this issue, and the response wasn't direct to my question is was just an overall answer of where to apply for student visa to UK. They told me that all student visa must be applied from the country of origin, country of residence or where the UK government website has designated you to go, if you apply from a country that you are visitor at then you should give a compelling reason as to why .

Now the question is can i apply from Malaysia?
How can i give a compelling reason to who can i give that reason to ? is this a compelling reason ?
