I am in a house in isha Boorama chewing rubuc jibis ah, and all the guys am with as well as the lady who's house it is and her friend oo ba casuumey have all guns and have put them next to the barkimooyinka as if they are expensive mobile phones. What is more strange and scarry is the fact that no-one is noticing anyone else's
I wonder if any of them know they are not toy guns?....I keep staring at the guy in front of me and his gun. I was told about gun possessions but didn't know they were fashion accessories during mirqaan sessions and I don't know why I feel paranoid

Isha borama that's where my dad lives, near the university. Yeah that's strange I have never seen civilians carrying guns in Hargeisa at least not as open as you described.

As for carrying guns you right very few people carry them outside in public and NO one shows them in public but privately and in homes and amongst family and friends, to my understanding it's seen as just part of the furniture

The country is awash with arms, my uncle has 3 guns. Even a tik-driver I met one day had a handgun inside the glove-compartment of his vehicle.
