The land over there is not as expensive as you think, all you need is to go there, have some good contacts and make sure you look around. I would suggest at least a 6 month to 1 year hiatus from work to get your business in order over there. These are all things I am planning on doing.
Having a relative back home, assisting and know how houses are built is very important.
