I told ya people! This whole thread has nothing to do with saving babies; it has everything to do with women who love uncircumcised dicks and are rubbing them on the faces of the people here. I don't know. But I believe it is theoretically possible. Some animals can regrow limbs. Our DNA contains a blueprint for our body. That is why all baby boys are born with a prepuce (even if the father was circumcised). It is not a birth defect, but an integral part of the male organ. Baby girls are born with a prepuce as well.
I have read about some males who have done foreskin reconstruction. But this is not like the God-given part of their manhood that was brutally taken away (many would grow up not knowing that anything had been done to their penis, and would discover this horror during their teens or in adulthood). Skin is stretched over the glans penis either through surgery or non-surgical methods. But this will not return to the victim the tens of thousands of nerve endings, muscle tissue, and the other intricate parts of the prepuce that were cut away, which we have learned about earlier in this thread. Some men have reported that their is greater sensation in their glans, and that the glans has protection from abrasion caused by clothing. Some men (and their partners) used to experience painful intercourse, but have found it to be enjoyable after reconstruction of the prepuce.
Forced circumcision of children is a crime against the Creator.
