The shapelessness and monstrosity! You know that people are constantly judging with their eyes, and wondering what kind of Frankenstein freak you're, specifically when you're tall at the same time.

Bariis Belly and Baasto Arms are a side effect of eating Somali staples. Your body is expanding in the gut area b/c it's inflamed. We haven't been consuming white flour, sugar, bariis and baasto forever. Look back at old photos of Somalis and you won't find this. You're probably sitting more than your ancestors too. Trust me, systemic inflammation doesn't discriminate based on weight - skinny or heavy.

Males will be between 20% to 50+ excluding me.
Are you covertly trying to ask snetters their measurements? That's a deeply intimate question. No boudoir talk on my thread.

I would say the fat-skinny ratio is close to half amongst Somalis. We're a nation of extremes.
I know what you mean sxb. I've been the spectrum. As a child I was a proverbial house cat. Sheltered, well-fed but grossly undernourished (code word is fat). Most of my teen and adult life I was a medium build. Until, the past year or so. When I became among the skinnies (by accident), given my dietary changes. Losing weight was an unintended consequence of trying to ameliorate a health condition.
Is there something wrong with being slightly underweight?

I need to know.
