the only female you are NOT allowed to marry:

your mother, sister (including half), your aunt related by blood to mum and dad (including half), your brothers daughter, sisters daughter, your grandparents sisters, granfathers sisters, fathers issters, your great grandmothers sisters - you get the picture, your not allowed to marry your wifes sister, aunt, neice unless she has died. basically if you can be a muhram for her you cannot marry her includng your motjher in lw even if your wifes has died, nor can you marry your wifes sister, aunt, neice unless your wife has passed away.


so in this case, your grandmothers sisters hot daughter is your fathers first cousin meaning she is xalal for you or for your friend. your mothers or your fathers cousin you cannot be a muhram for therefore she is xalal but i will not advise yet unless is she is drop dead gorgeous and your age is same,
