From a Djiboutian point if view , i believe this is a HUGE risk. Because this man is accused of corruption, treason and monopoly.
He was also very close ally of the Djiboutian President IOG. They fell apart for a reason and that reason could repeat itself in Berbera. Carelessness cause madness.
