Why do the majority of the Blacks like rap?

Why do Black people love listening to rap music, always strife toward rap career, dress like rappers and act like rappers? Not only Blackk people in America does that but the majority of the young African diaspora all over world are also doing the same. What does rap contribute exactly and what is so special for blacks to do it?

It has a lot to do with culture which is part of the beliefs, customs, arts of a particular society. The very thing that makes you Somali which is influential to your upbringings and part of the Somali culture. Sames applies for rap, hip & hop which is very much part of black/afro-american culture.
