I just hope what you are saying is right and feasible. From what I have heard, all federal states mps and mon Tera are basically not receiving any salary nor any revenue to run anything. I hope that there is enough money to run this administration smoothly or otherwise we will be seeing another group of angry, impolverate and disappointed federal mps impeaching their leader, ex: Galmudug, SouthWest, (don't know about Jubbaland and Jubbaland)

cant speak for the rest of regions but no way for dir to settle in a hawadle territory. dir name has appeared in hiiraan recently bc of the diaspora. locally they r known as faqi muxumad and faqi cumar part of shanta caleemo we say hawadle iyo shantiisa culimo. geed sal wayn oo kitaab suran. geedka is hawadle and kitaabka is shanta culimo. all the territories that lie east of the river is traditionally hawadle. west of the river is gugundhabe and jareer hawadle have expanded into the jareer western side(atthe river banks) and baadicade territory a century ago. today there no border between aadicade and gaaljecel inside hiiraan they meet the middle shabelle borders like buurwayn and shaaw next to them is fiidow wich is hawadle until you reach agoonyare harti abgaal. then we go west of jowhar at qalimow where we meet mobileen cusman
