Berbera serves many in the region, Berbera port getting bigger and better is good for the region Somali Galbeed & the North, and Ethiopia. Saylac & Lasqoray should rebuild their ports they will make money and handle all the Medium & light cargo for Sanaag, Sool, Wardheer, togdheer, Awdal, Shinle, etc..

I actually agree. Somaliland has every incentive to build smaller ports for use as local ports and keep revenue in government coffers. Berbera can then be left to be developed by UAE
