Goobweyn is Marehan, mostly Talxe. It's where Barre was after he got into a fight with the Kenyans in Kismaayo

They destroyed all of the trees within the last 27 years. Around the river, it used to be very forested, and it seems they cut all of the big trees. Very sad indeed. We need this man-made deforestation under control.
