Hurdada waxa laga kacaya when Qabiil hebel gets involved even if it's an internal one. Forget Hiirshabelle, Hiiraan itself had no maamul, the moment HSM wants to build one, all of a sudden a parallel process kick starts even peace is made with O.G by Xawaadle after 30 years.

Enter EX Galmudug, the dancing Suufi's all of a sudden hold a shir after being asleep all that time and announce a maamul, the same story everywhere else in the country.

And now this

I can't take this serious to be honest, this to me looks like pure political posturing and arm wrestling, it will never compete with Mogadishu, neither will Kismaayo or Bosaaso, hell P/land set up a blockade in Northern Gaalkacayo for this very reason.

The container business has no equivalence whatsoever, more stuff = lower price + Turkish backing.

Instead of moving forward and giving this administration a chance and vote them out if they fail in the short 4 years, we are going back to becoming our own worst nightmare and giving our enemies free reign to exploit us again

A failure of this government will impact the entire Somalia this time due to the populism and the worst affected people will be those around Benadir that will fight over the spoils and split into groups if this administration collapses.
lol Ustad smooth, we should look the root of the Evil. you hiraabs have power struggle and Xamar. the Hawadle dont think beyond Hiran. we created ala sheikh and we still have alot of ala sheikh professors, al islaax was founded in a hawadle house 1978, we own most of the ikhwan charities like zamam foundation, al macarif, al tanmiya but only murursade have benefited from our al saxwa legacy bc they think of xamar and today they r in villa somalia!

when you was in villa somalia you tried to mess with the kings of hiiraan by jumping on them and invited non existing pro- al shabab clans. we knew this, so we started making reconciliation with every nominal hiiraan clan even those in deefow, reached out to Ogadens as stakeholders since they have influence on rer aw hassan and these border clans and the relationship with ethiopia. our diapora journalists has been visiting DDS and started praising abdi eleey....no more border clashes kuwii yaryarkii daaqadey ka baxeen automatically

gudaha, i made the vice governor jijeele(inji) , gudoomiyaha baladweyne dirisame a rival gaaljecel subclan of their biggest subclans under the federation of lahube like caloofi and caafi. these big groups r found on shabeelooyinka not hiiraan so you see they r minority in hiiraan

in hiiraan we have abtisame their al shabaab ugaases in buq aqable and dirisame in ceelcali

the big groups used to take every thing under the hiraab interior and president thought they belonged to one branch.

since they r more active, Garguurte tried to use one xeroow who belong to dirisame for the speaker against aqoonyahan caloofi. ali osoble has qodbasiro dirisame wife he made her an mp, gave them gudoomiyaha baladweyne

Sahal

You make it out like I am a qabiilist person that cares, I have long ago given up on this bull crap and there never was any of the Hiraab stuff you are talking about, otherwise you wouldn't see so many candidates run against each other.

I used to think once upon a time this existed until I went and visited seeing the realities for myself, nobody gives a monkey shit about this and neither do those reactionaries that claim to represent you either if your honest with yourself.

You didn't have to wait for HSM to all of a sudden think about maamuls, in fact while he was busy in Galmudug, your people were still asleep and did nothing despite seeing beforehand what he was planning, but only woke up after he began to organise Hiirshabelle.

The only meagre credit I give is to your ugaas & how he resisted bribery to the tune of 4 million which was offered to him, while warlord debased Qeybdiid took 1/10 of it and gave everything to DJ gang.

In fact it's working out great today as Prof Shirwac will likely win the elections in Galmudug, what's even more astonishing is that it's mostly the minority MP's and other non HG qabiils that asked for him predominantly.

They pleaded with him and are his biggest supporters, the fact that our seat allocation in the parliament is low relative to our numbers is turning out to be a great blessings in disguise, because some of them have still not learned form their lessons and are looking at appointing another warlord, that qashin by the name of Xaaf.

It's the beautiful way Allah operates, turning what looked like a hopeless situation into the greatest one, guys like Prof Shirwac can only come when the people have suffered repeatedly from dreadful leadership so much so, they totally ignore Qabiil, it's also how Farmaajo got to power.

There will be no such thing as seaport or proper airport in Hiirshabeelle. Dadkiinaan are daydreaming. Bal xagee dhaqaalahaas tirada badan laga keenaa. Maamuladii 25 sano idinka horeeyey ayaan waxbo dhisan asaa waxaa rabtiin adinkoo dhowr bilood jira inaa shacabka masaakiinta quraafaadkaan ka gadiin. Like it or not the only place in Somalia which has noteworthy development is Xamar. Waxa kale waa iska bug.

your right ustad shouldnt refer to you as Hirab but this applies to the hiraab politicians.

i used to campaing for hawadle-led regional state even before Galmudug when D&M were organizing their conference i said they lost jubada dhexe for being late, Hawiye r losing now shabelle hoose for the same reason so let us invite all the clans and host the regional conference before jowhar.... they were all for Hiran state or dividing Hiran into two Gobol and i was like
:snoop:

but their tactics had worked the best as most of the seats were allocated for Hiran; Hawadle presidency, Gaaljecel subclans of Hiran speaker, sadex cumar/eyle of hiiraan representing jareer

this has made it easy for ali osoble to have control over these clans as they have rival ones from jowhar like caloofi, caafi, barsane and shiidle so they see hawadle as their patron clan

we have now 17 mps. they gave us before 13 mps!

even after ali osoble was elected the UN, british, italy and US told him to reach out Ugas hassan kkkkkk so we come up with our extra list kkkk

Sahal sxb. Is there any existing port infrastructure in Ceelmacan from the Kacaan government? I heard there is a small jetty in Merca, I was wondering if there is anything of the sort in Ceelmacan. Or is it a place were smaller vessels can come carrying fuel and grain.

all i heard was that it was used by Ali mahdi and abgaal businessmen during the 90s as the mogadishu port was closed due to the USC intra-war

i got for you one old video. ceelmacaan 2006 when mogadishu port reopened by the courts

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EezbjE3skNM&app=desktop

there r chinese ingineering campanies who can make port infrastructure for this one and hobyo just as for first phase but i heard mogadishu governments like Garguurte govt and maybe this one were against such initiatives because it will make the central clans richer and when they have money they can pay anything and the SFG being based in mogadishu so they want to divert the trade to there.

since abgaals r no more leading the SFG they want to get their own regional resources but without the Govts help they wont get a foreign investment.

Neat find bro. Wallahi they had an impressive operation going on there even though there was no infrastructure. They were even exporting scrap metal, amazing. 4000 labourers.

I hear about these about these clan ports but I was wondering how on earth they would pull of such feats. I hear that wealthy businessmen and foreign companies are interested but I find it somewhat hard to believe. The cities for these ports have no real existing infrastructure or populations, there are no roads or hospitals etc. I thought ports come after those things. Why are they interested?

If all these maamuls got their hands on their own ports they could become very powerful very quickly.

BTW what kind of ports are we talking about, smaller ports like Bosaso/Kismaayo, jetty ports or big ones like Mog/Berbera? I know some of these ports are 100s of millions while some are 10s millions.

bosaso had more somali traders than berbera who imposes service but the latter is more connected with ethiopia, lack of costums between PL and ethiopia
http://goobjoog.com/english/puntland-an ... he-border/

and finally the opening of mogadishu port has impacted negatively on bosaso port. Gaas has targeted more regions like Hiran who will now to find other ports like hobyo and started selling their productions to GM, GM sells double of its price to PLrs now!

Ethiopia wants to annex somalia economically so recently they have been suggesting contributing to building the hobyo-jigjiga highyway via chinese companies. same chinese companies should invest in hobyo and then the Ogaden Gas will be imported from this port.

but if we think for ourselves we can build this on our own. saudi will fund these highways; Mogadishu-GLK higway, Mogadishu-baydhabo Highway and Mogadishu-kismayo higway. all we need is security and bringing the companies.
